Ceramics

All of the items below were ceramic. All of the items were made from bisque excepting the dolls and they were porcelain.
These beautiful pieces were poured, fired and painted by Elizabeth.

                   

These three pieces were fired, painted with latex paints, antiqued and finished with a gloss finish.


               

These pieces were painted with latex.


                   

The first tile was fired with the wood finish and the daisies painted with latex.

The second tile is entirely glazed.

The third tile is all glazed using using alternate firing and types of glazes.


              

The first piece is a cookie jar with hand painted design with glaze and fired.

The second is a small vase with a hand painted floral design and fired.


               

The first doll a porcelain doll. Elizabeth poured, fired and finished the doll as well as making the close. Blue ribbon from County Fair.

The second is also porcelain, poured, fired and painted by Elizabeth. She also made the cloth body.

The first piece is a wooden cat that's tail hangs down. For sitting on a windowsill on ledge. Painted by Elizabeth.

The second, a wooden piece, is of two Pilgrims. Painted by Elizabeth.
