Trains and Things

Between Dalton, his father Willison and his brother Duane McLaughlin they worked for the B & O and C & O Railroads for more than 120 years.

Dalton worked on the railroad for over 40 years. Starting in the signal shop and working his way up to Breakman, Conductor, and Yard Foreman.

Dalton's knowledge of the current railroad system as well as times past was legendary in circles of those that were railroad aficionados. He was always being contacted  by persons that were writing books about trains and railroads. He was contributor to numerous train/railroad books as well as the Institute of Industrial Technology in Newark, Licking County, Ohio.
